Art prints are packaged with care in rigid mailers or protective tubes to ensure they arrive safely. Paper products are securely packed to prevent bending or damage.

Refund & Return Policy:

Due to the nature of art prints and paper goods, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mycreativealcove@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will process the refund within 5-7 days of reviewing  and approving the request.
